This set of 9 MOOG servo-valves came to CAMI Group from our customer for overhaul.
The reason for setting up a closed cabinet containing the servovalves is to limit contamination and dirt and to preserve them in the production environment; in this case a cardboard production line.
We proceeded to:
- restore blocks where MOOG servo-valves are installed
- replace the seals of the aluminium solid block
- rectify the solid block
- replace the capillary tubes of the system’s pressure taps
- check the hydraulic-oleodynamic panel
