CAMI technicians disassembled and inspected a 900 cc Brueninghaus Hydromatik 900CZ hydraulic pump, belonging to the historic product range that later became part of Bosch Rexroth.
During disassembly, the cylinder block was found to be completely fractured, probably as a result of a pressure spike.
After completing the diagnosis and checking the wear condition of the other internal components, the pump was restored by replacing the damaged parts.
The unit was then reassembled and tested to verify its correct operation.
This overhaul demonstrates CAMI Group’s ability to support large-displacement pumps belonging to previous Brueninghaus and Hydromatik generations, whose technological heritage is now part of Bosch Rexroth.
