CAMI Group carried out the complete overhaul of a Bosch Rexroth A2V 1000 axial piston pump, minimising both repair time and customer downtime.
The A2V series belongs to a historic family of hydraulic pumps. Previous-generation units may bear Hydromatik, Brueninghaus Hydromatik or Mannesmann Rexroth nameplates, while later versions are identified under the Bosch Rexroth brand.
These pumps are mainly used on presses and large industrial systems, where they may operate continuously, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Reliability, operating continuity and proper maintenance are therefore essential.
Thanks to its experience with different generations of the A2V series and its status as a Bosch Rexroth Certified Excellence Service Partner, CAMI can assess the overhaul of both Bosch Rexroth units and legacy Hydromatik and Brueninghaus Hydromatik versions.
Once the overhaul had been completed, the pump underwent the required test programme in the CAMI Test Room. The successful result was documented by the relevant Test Certificate.
