During the revamping of a HYDRAULIC PRESS for a customer of ours in wire drawing/steel factory, we overhauled this Bosch Rexroth axial piston pump.
It is a new generation hydraulic pump, an A4V unit with HS5 closed-loop electro-hydraulic control technology for displacement, pressure and power control.
The pump is controlled by an operator via electronic component on the control panel.
As we can see in the photo of our test phase, our Department Technician checked the pump from the dedicated workstation.

The A4V..HS5(E) from Bosch Rexroth are axial piston pumps with integrated digital control electronics.
