In the recycling industry, the reliability of machinery is a key factor in ensuring operational continuity and high performance. In this context, we recently performed a complete overhaul of two Rotary Power SMA 1340 cc radial piston engines<\/strong>, destined for use on shredder blade systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was an in-depth extraordinary maintenance procedure<\/strong> aimed at restoring optimal operating conditions and extending the service life of the components, minimizing the risk of system downtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The overhaul included the replacement of the main components subject to wear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bearings<\/strong>, essential for reducing friction and wearing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Seals<\/strong>, completely replaced to ensure sealing and reliability over time<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fundamental aspect of the service was the exclusive use of genuine parts<\/strong>. This choice ensures full compatibility with the motor, the maintenance of manufacturing specifications, and consistent performance over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
