CAMI Automation and CAMI Solution have developed an innovative mechatronic system for the concrete construction field (lifting), intended for a prestigious project in Saudi Arabia. A highly reliable system, designed to guarantee power, precision, and total safety in handling operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

System architecture<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Hydraulic power unit: custom 300-liter tank mounted on skid with protective cover, external gear pump, and installed power of 30 kW, operating pressure 210 bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Distribution: 4 NG6 proportional distributors type 4WREE6 with integrated feedback, for smooth and accurate control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Electronic control: MOTION devices integrated into the control unit’s electrical panel, with the possibility of local management and synchronized control mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operating logic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Automatic mode: the CAMI controller communicates with the customer’s system, receives commands and manages the movements of the cylinders in total synchronization, providing real-time position feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Manual mode: possibility of synchronized movement or independent management of each individual cylinder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All operating and calibration parameters can be configured via the operator panel integrated into the control panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integration and precision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system is based on the IndraControl XM2 Bosch Rexroth architecture, which allows programming of hydraulic axes, complete integration with controller and process data exchange. Connectivity to the supervision system is via a real-time Profinet network, ensuring speed and reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Guaranteed performance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The maximum position tolerance is only \u00b12 mm overall (equal to \u00b10.5 mm for each piston). This means that the four lifts are kept in perfect synchrony, never exceeding the maximum pre-set deviation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
